CMDC Talent Audit Survey

CMDC releases to their members, the results of the first ever Talent Audit Survey dedicated to establishing a benchmark of facts and attitudes of our current talent base. The findings will greatly assist our members to understand what skillsets we have in our marketplace and what credentials we might consider when hiring. Most importantly, the survey identifies concerns and opportunities that we have with current staff which will allows us to develop appropriate solutions.

Respondent Composition:
• 460 in Total, of which 140 were hiring respondents
• 36% 0-3yrs, 23% 4-8 years, 41% 9+ years
• 40% Planning, 23% Buying, 11% Digital, 26% Other
• +75% attended University/College
