The CMDC is committed to providing a continuing education program for media professionals within the industry.

We have historically concentrated our programs on the entry and intermediate levels. The programs have been designed to help guide and motivate while enhancing the development of the participant's professional skills.

In January 2005, we will be offering "Survival Training For Managers". Many managers and supervisors are appointed based on their technical "know-how" on the job. The special skills needed to manage people and provide leadership may not be fully developed in these newly promoted people. "Survival Training" gives them a one day basic training program that allows them to overcome some common pitfalls of many new or inexperienced managers.
