With 15 years of combined client and agency marketing expertise, Anita Sehgal leads the Customer Experience division for Future Shop, Canada's largest consumer electronics retailer and e-tailer. Anita is responsible for evolving Future Shop's brand and delivering integrated programs through marketing, customer insight, store design and in-store experience.
Anita's team has been instrumental in establishing Future Shop's brand promise of delivering trusted, personalized service with Canadians, as well as advancing the customer's experience at Future Shop with more innovative and interactive stores. Features include digital signage, web kiosks, home theatre vignettes, and a holographic greeter at the entrance of Future Shop's flagship location at Yonge and Dundas.
